2.1 Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Scooterboy (SIRET 929 624 674) on the website www.scooterboy.eu. Any order placed on this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Products

The products offered for sale are ready-to-wear items (t-shirts, hoodies) from the Scooterboy brand. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Scooterboy is committed to offering products that conform to the descriptions published on the website.

2.3 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. Scooterboy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery charges are indicated separately in the order summary.

2.4 Order

The order is validated after confirmation of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Scooterboy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of supply issues or a prior dispute.

2.5 Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Shopify Payments platform. Bank details are encrypted and are never stored by Scooterboy.

2.6 Delivery

Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery area: Metropolitan France and Europe.

Delivery times are estimates only. Scooterboy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control (strikes, inclement weather, etc.).

In the event of a damaged or missing package, the customer must file a claim with the carrier and contact Scooterboy within 48 hours at contact@scooterboy.eu.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

4. RETURN POLICY
4.1 Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are:

Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition with tags intact
In their original packaging
4.2 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Scooterboy does not cover return shipping costs except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

4.3 Return Procedure
Send an email to contact@scooterboy.eu with the order reference and the reason for the return.
Await our return confirmation.

5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Timeframe

After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

5.2 Terms

The refund will cover the cost of the returned items. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a full cancellation within the 14-day legal period.

5.3 Exchange

Scooterboy also offers exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact contact@scooterboy.eu for any exchange requests.

6. LEGAL GUARANTEES

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, all our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The data collected during the ordering process (name, address, email) is used exclusively for processing your order and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. 8. DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction where Scooterboy's registered office is located (Rosporden, France). 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website www.scooterboy.eu (logo, text, images, design) is the exclusive property of Scooterboy and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
